Happy Heart Day

Happy Heart Day

Happy Heart Day, My Beauties,

I love you

I love you

I love you

I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you

I do love you.

But the most important person to love and to be loved by you, IS you.

Sometimes this can be challenging.  Start by being extra kind, by treating yourself as you would treat your own best friend.  And if you haven’t tried it, practice what Louise Hay calls, ‘mirror work’ with the above.  Stand in front of a mirror and meet your own gaze and say, “I love you” to your beautiful self.  Repeat until you feel the love flowing from me to you and then from you to YOU.

This might seem very uncomfortable at first.  It’s not very often that when we look in the mirror, we actually SEE ourselves ~ the light, the love, the divine energy that shines from within.

Take a breath; take another if you need to.  And then smile.

Just a bit of self-care, a bit of self-love can go a long way to making your life even more delicious.

So, on this holiday of Valentine’s, give yourself the gift of loving who you are right now, and I mean ALL of you.  The good, the bad, the ugly, the wondrous, the miraculous, the stubborn, and cranky, and selfish, and gentle, and sad, and joyous….  EVERY part of who you are.

You are a miracle, and miracles are priceless and deserve to be celebrated.

YOU deserve to be celebrated.

So, My Beauties, on this heart day, and on every other day, I raise my glass of bubbly in honor of you loving you and of me loving me.

Here’s to love in all its glorious forms.

Cheers to you loving YOU!

Cheers to you loving YOU!

IN JOY and limitless gratitude,
